How does dropshipping work?
Your customer places an order in your webshop
You submit your order to us via the wholesale panel
We carry out the commissioned order in accordance with the guidelines
We pack and ship the parcel directly to the customer
We aim to process orders placed and paid for by 12:00 the same day. In the event of any shortages, we guarantee dispatch within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Each product is packaged in a matching foil. Each product is accompanied by a tag with basic product information (name, EAN code, washing regulations) and the Roco Fashion logo. The complete order is packaged in a foil pack from the courier company.
We carry out shipping throughout Poland and selected European countries. Check out the full list of available countries in the delivery forms tab. We provide a shipping price list for dropshipping customers in response to a cooperation request.

Exchanges and returns
We will exchange the goods for a different size or colour and bear the cost of re-delivery in the case of manufacturing or production defects only, which have not arisen from the use of the product. In accordance with our terms and conditions, we do not honour returns or exchanges of full-value goods purchased by wholesale customers.
Goods are not returnable except in cases where they have manufacturing or production defects not caused by the use of the product. The Act of 2 March 2000 on the Protection of Certain Consumer Rights and Liability for Damage Caused by a Dangerous Product - Article 10 does not apply here, as the Distributor sends the product on behalf of the Store, not the Customer.

Start of cooperation
Go to the registration tab and create a customer account by entering your company details. This step is very important as we will verify your application based on your account. If you are already registered with our wholesaler go to step two.
Sending an application
Send a message to firstname.lastname@example.org with the necessary information to verify the shop: company name and TIN; email address for which you have created an account; link to the online shop; link to allegro; link to the shop's social media.
Verification and approval
Once the submitted information has been verified and accepted, we will send you an email containing the details of the collaboration and the necessary tools to get it started - a link to the XML file, google drive and instructions on how to use the panel.
Integration with our wholesaler is carried out by uploading the XML file provided. You can carry out this process yourself or use ready-made integrations prepared by our cooperating companies.
